For decades, Coffee has been both admired and criticised. It has been suspected of causing impotence and insanity, but always regarded as a cure for laziness. So here we will discuss the scientifically proven benefits of consuming coffee.

About an hour before any class or work, consume a cup of coffee and your performance will improve by more than 10 per cent because caffeine enhances the level of adrenaline hormone in the blood. Adrenaline is known as the fight hormone that makes you ready for intense exercise.

Coffee includes magnesium and potassium, which encourages insulin to be used by the human body, controls blood sugar levels and reduces the cravings for unhealthy snacks.

3) Coffee enables you to metabolize calories.

Caffeine encourages fat cells to break down body fat and use it for training as fuel.

4) Coffee allows you to concentrate and remain alert.

Moderate ingestion of caffeine, helps you concentrate and increases your mental alertness.
