Procedure for Making Dalgona Coffee
First, by blending all the components, make the finest creamy flavoured coffee mixture. For doing so, we have to take a container where we can add sugar, coffee and boiling water. You require an electric hand mixer now, or you can bring the mixing bowl into the stand mixer as well. It is to be noted that the texture we need for this coffee does not come easily, and to accomplish it involves machine whipping. By whipping with your hands, you will not get the same results.
Now you have to beat this coffee mixture until it begins to turn into a foam-like texture, and it changes its colour as well. Then From the side of the container, remove the coffee whip and hold it apart for serving.
Ensure to taste the coffee mix and, if necessary, add more sugar, then whip it again to blend. It is to be kept in mind that, to preserve the sugar content correctly, the coffee is subsequently diluted with milk. Now it is time for the milk to be prepared for serving.
To add to the serving, take a cup or an 8-ounce mug. If you do not prefer animal milk, you can choose any milk, which can also be oat milk or soy and almond milk.
Then add 3–4 ice cubes to the milk if you’d like to maintain the coffee cold, and then ultimately top the milk with the coffee whipped blend prepared.
